Top Problem SolvedA frequent customer had placed an order for a Standing Banner through The UPS Store #4853 and due to some lack of communications, the customers banner size & quality didnt meet the customers expectations nor The UPS Store's standards for quality services and products. I personally saw to reordering the correct product and, along with my family, personally delivered the order to the customer's home more than 150 miles away to ensure her satisfaction. Obviously this was a special circumstance, one I wouldnt do for just anyone, however I will do what I can to assist a customer's needs.
