Chapter: Riverside Executives

Health and Wellness, Massage Therapist

My BusinessI work with people who are struggling with pain and dysfunction, as well as people trying to maintain a healthy or athletic lifestyle. By figuring out the "why" behind the presenting symptoms, I can help to alleviate discomfort and restore vitality to lives. I use an integrated approach of several therapeutic modalities, which enables me to meet a broad spectrum of needs. I have a lot of experience with self-care, and can discuss postural habit repatterning, as well as at-home self-massage techniques that will fast-track recovery and maintenance.
